At Ferrow we have two volunteering opportunities:

 

VOLUNTEERING

We need passionate people to join our volunteer team. In this role you will gain first hand experience behind the scenes at festivals and events. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in your chosen career and be part of a new team. 

 

As a volunteer, it is your role to support the teams & departments you are with. We need support for artist liaison, stage management, artist transport and administration support.

VOLUNTEERING ACCELERATOR

We are looking for people who are interested in progressing their careers within the live events industry and are wanting to gain first hand experience of working at a festival. This will be a unique opportunity for a selected number of people who we will work closely with and provide opportunities to get into paid employment. 

 

We will work with you to identify what areas of the industry you are interested in: Artist Liaison, Stage Management, Artist Transport or Administration and we work with you to provide opportunities to gain experience. For this opportunity you need to have a positive approach, a willingness to learn and enthusiasm to move into roles with more responsibility. The aim is simple: real experience, real skills, and steps into paid employment.
