Tim Walker
A father of two and a lifelong music obsessive, Tim is also a Jungle DJ and Lindy Hop promoter, with years spent organising club nights and championing underground music in Sheffield. That lived connection to music culture shows up in how he approaches artist experience and crew culture: practical, respectful, and detail-driven.
With 25 years in the industry, Tim is known for turning short term, high pressure event teams into cohesive units that communicate well, look after each other, and deliver consistently high standards.

Anna ‘Brenda’ Plant
A spreadsheet guru who spreads love through logic. Anna has 17 years’ experience in the industry and thrives on logistics and operations.
Anna is methodical and strategic, with a strong focus on data, reporting, and continual improvement of systems and processes. She is known for her collaborative, friendly, and communicative approach, and for caring about the individual while empowering teams to deliver confidently and effectively.
